Aunautic Technologies is seeking an Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) System Administrator

Location: On Site – Pensacola, FL
Schedule: Full-Time
Minimum Clearance Level: Secret (with ability to obtain Top Secret)
Salary range: $45,000 - $56,000 per year

Job Overview:

Aunautic Technologies is looking for an AIM System Administrator to join our team in Pensacola, FL . This role involves high-level operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for complex operating systems, workstations, and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and promote standard operating procedures and schedules .


• Conduct hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.


• Implement data backup and archive operations to ensure recoverability.


• Maintain systems in accordance with DoD standards and guidelines .


• Provide Cyber/Information Security and Information Assurance support , following National and DoD standards.


• Review and act upon DISA STIG checklists and update ATO artifacts .


• Monitor and tune systems for optimal performance .


• Plan, install, implement, configure, and maintain systems software and upgrades with a focus on security.


• Perform remote desktop sessions for maintenance and troubleshooting of virtual servers.


• Manage Windows Server Operating System and Application Patch Management .


• Develop technical solutions to complex problems .

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science


• OR Six (6) years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11


• Knowledge of Authority to Operate (ATO) and DISA STIG security configurations

Certifications & Security Clearance:

• Active Security+ certification (or equivalent)


• Active Secret clearance (with ability to obtain Top Secret )

Desired Skills (Bonus Qualifications):

• Experience with ASP .NET framework codebase and SharePoint integration


• Active Directory Domain Services administration


• Knowledge of CAC/Smart Card authentication solutions


• Familiarity with Windows Servers configuration & management
