Our banquet team is looking for a courteous and attentive bartender/server who can provide our guests with a great experience at special events. This position requires a team-first approach since you'll be working closely with other servers, banquet captains, and kitchen staff to ensure the event runs smoothly. Responsibilities

•Ensure that you meet the needs and provide outstanding service for our guests for the entirety of any event.
•Clear plates, replace silverware, and be mindful of needs guests have
•Refill the guests' glasses as necessary or requested with coffee, water, or other drink
•Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
•Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities

Qualifications

•We prefer some experience working in the food service industry.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and other team member.
•Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED).
•Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
•Previous experience working in food service is preferred ECWI Hospitality
