USTRANSCOM Senior Software Developer (Scrum Master) Job ID# 41028 Job Description Summary: + Team D&G comprised of D&G, Solerity, UNCOMN and Teradata as proven prime companies at Scott AFB are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Developer (Scrum Master) in support of the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Integrated Data Environment & Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC) Program. IGC provides a single place for access to common data, business services and information on material asset visibility and cohesive, integrated data services for the management of supply, distribution, and logistics to the combatant commands, military services, and other federal agencies. This is an outstanding opportunity to be a key member of a dynamic team developing innovative logistics solutions to sustain warfighter readiness and lethality. Roles & Responsibilities:??

• Leads the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. Experienced using advanced programming skills to create high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Designs and develops software to meet user needs, and ensure the software is scalable and efficient.
• Develops and conducts software testing to ensure the software is free from bugs and meets the client's design requirement
• Provides technical guidance and leadership to team members, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as web designers, product managers, and QA team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
• OR Bachelors degree (any field) + One of the certifications: FITSP-D, GCSA, GISF, SSCP
• 10 years of technical experience with IT or IT related programs supporting DoD/Federal Agencies. Masters Degree with at least 7 years experience acceptable.

Desired Skills:?

• Working knowledge of Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, MVC, jQuery, C#, ASP.Net.Net/Core in Visual Studio
• Computer aided software engineering tools.
• Scrum knowledge
• Fortify
• SQL, Psql SQL server, Oracle, RDS, DynamoDB; GIS; Cross-Platform mobile development.
• Scrum Master Certified.
• USTRANSCOM IT Systems Experience
