Position Summary

ARTC is partnered with a premier Engineering & Design company in the Life Sciences and Advanced Technology industries that is seeking a Sr. Architectural Designer! This is an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity to manage project-specific design, programming, and technical requirements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to produce construction documents that uphold outstanding design concepts, align with client expectations, adhere to budget constraints, and comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to project teams, ensuring consistency with design vision and client expectations.
• Work closely with market segment leaders and marketing teams on design documentation and presentations.
• Conduct project coordination meetings to enhance cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Manage construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, evaluating shop drawings, and conducting site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Technical Degree in Architecture or a related field
• 4+ years of related experience in Life Sciences, Microelectronics, Semiconductor, or similar environments
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
