Join Our Team of Face-to-Face Fundraising Consultants and Make a Meaningful Impact!

Are you ready to take on an exciting and rewarding challenge? Our professional sales and consulting firm is urgently seeking energetic, self-starting individuals to become part of our dynamic team of consultants. Work with top Canadian charities and hospitals like Sick Kids, UNICEF, Canadian Red Cross, CAMH, Sunnybrook Hospital, Trillium Health Partners, Covenant House Toronto, and Plan Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential supporters and inspire them to contribute to meaningful causes.
• Adapt strategies based on market insights and trends to maximize impact.
• Address donor concerns and ensure smooth donation processes.
• Efficiently manage donation processes and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales or fundraising (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prospect, manage territories, and close deals.
• Patience and motivation to handle donor inquiries.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Training & Compensation:

• Comprehensive two-week training program.
• Income During Training: Base pay or commission ($100/deal), whichever is higher.
• Post-Training Earnings: 100% on target earnings with bonuses, averaging $800-$1500 weekly.
• Note: Sales representatives will receive either base pay or commission, not both simultaneously.

Work Hours: 11:50 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
