Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate - In Showroom/Outside Sales role located in Lakeway, TX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for sales presentations, building customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, communication, and developing new business opportunities. This role will also be flexible for those that want to do shop at home sales either during normal business hours or evening appointments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of flooring products
• Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills
• Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the flooring or interior design industry is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Previous sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Structure

• Top tier for Experienced Sales Persons will enjoy a Monthly Draw Plus a Generous Commission
• Showroom only personnel may be offered a guaranteed base with an incentive based commission schedule that increases as your sales targets are met.
