POOL ATTENDANT -- FULL TIME SEASONAL POSITION --
The Colonies at Williamsburg is seeking seasonal pool attendants to look after our guests and manage swimming pool areas toward providing a safe and enjoyable pool experience. You will have direct contact with guests daily enforcing safety rules and managing pool equipment and facilities, among other duties. You must have excellent customer service skills. a friendly demeanor, and a strong hospitality-centric spirit in accordance with Daily Management values.
Specific Responsibilities:
Position Requirements (Skills/Abilities) :
Experience: One year of hospitality-related experience or pool attendant/lifeguard experience is desired. Timeshare or Resort experience highly desirable. Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; communicate effectively at all levels; and demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems. Bilingual skills a plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; able to perform physical labor in all weather conditions, good time management and organizational skills.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Flexible Scheduling: Must be able to work Evenings, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is required to use his/her hands and fingers to feel, and reach for objects of various sizes, shapes and weight. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times. Ability to move and lift pool furniture.

This position is highly visible in all resort areas; team members must present a clean professional appearance and must adhere to Daily Management, Inc., Standard Operating Procedures-Standards of Appearance.
