Job Summary

Our client is seeking for Assembler that will perform repetitive Light assembly involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality of assembly work.

Job Description

• Read prints, drawings, and other written instructions to assemble equipment and products.
• Utilize hand tools such as wrenches, grinders, cordless drills, and impact drills.
• Layout and fit up pipe, build pipe supports, and work with uni-strut.
• Operate forklift, gantry crane, bandsaw, and chop saw.
• Work with PVC, HDPE, and stainless steel piping.
• Troubleshoot, rework, and/or repair assembled equipment based on engineering specification changes.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Skills Required

• Ability to perform layout and takeoffs.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of tools and equipment.
• Basic reading skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to use reasoning and critical thinking to solve problems.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Ability to perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.
• Welding and rigging experience is a plus.

• Ability to regularly lift 30-50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive tasks consistently.
• Possess manual dexterity to assemble parts accurately and efficiently.
• Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High Sc hool Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of pipe fitting experience is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Shift Time: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm
