Job Description

Our client, , is seeking a data and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing automation processes, improving data accuracy, building attribution modelling reports for all digital campaigns, ensuring sales and marketing alignment, and elevating reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering measurable results that drive lead management efficiency, streamline campaigns, and contribute to revenue growth. This is a hybrid role-3 days in office located in Chicago.

Key Deliverables:

Streamlined Marketing Campaign Automation

Build and deliver fully automated marketing workflows and campaigns to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks, contributing to improved campaign engagement.

Key Competency : Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot), strong project management skills.

Design and Implementation of Lead Distribution Model

Design and implement a comprehensive lead distribution model that defines ownership, follow-up procedures, and ensures no leads fall between the cracks, leading to an improvement in lead response time.

Key Competency : Strategic thinking, process design, collaboration with sales teams, proactive lead management.

Error-Free Data Sync Across Platforms

  • Reduce sync errors between Pardot, Salesforce, and other platforms/integrations to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.i’m
  • Key Competency : Technical troubleshooting, attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.

Enhanced Data Management and Enrichment

  • Ensure the quality of data within the marketing database is consistently high by managing data hygiene and enrichment processes, maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
  • Key Competency : Data management skills, proficiency with data cleansing tools, attention to detail.

Creation and Maintenance of Marketing Dashboards

  • Develop and maintain marketing and sales dashboards that provide real-time insights into campaign performance and lead activity.

Lead Nurturing and Conversion Optimization

  • Design and implement a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy to support the sales funnel, improving MQL to SQL conversion rates.

Cross-Channel Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage cross-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid ads), ensuring seamless integration and targeting improved cross-channel campaign performance.
  • Key Competency : Campaign management, cross-channel integration, ability to manage multiple tools and platforms.

Progressive Profiling and Lead Management Processes

  • Implement progressive profiling and lead assignment processes to increase data collection efficiency and improve lead-to-sales conversion.

  • Implement multi-touch attribution models to accurately track performance and ROI, delivering actionable insights for leadership.

  • Ensure all marketing processes and communications adhere to data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Establish documented compliance processes.

  • Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Salesforce) and tools like Zapier, with proven ability to troubleshoot sync issues and manage integrations.
  • Analytical Mindset : Ability to assess and optimize lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and data workflows to drive personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration Skills : Experience working across teams (sales, marketing, IT) to ensure operational alignment and resolve sync issues promptly.
  • Project Management : Strong ability to manage and deliver complex projects, from dashboard creation to automation workflows, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
  • Attention to Detail : A meticulous approach to managing data, processes, and documentation to ensure the highest accuracy and consistency.
  • Strategic Lead Management : Experience in designing lead distribution models, ensuring efficient lead assignment and follow-up procedures, with the ability to drive lead engagement.
