A distribution company in Wood Dale is looking for a talented Marketing Director to lead their marketing department. Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing marketing plans that align with overall business goals.
  • Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing marketing team members (if applicable).
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • B.S. in Marketing or equivalent degree.
  • 4+ years of work experience.
  • Proficient in Content Management Systems, HTML, Adobe Design Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat and proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally NetSuite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate marketing strategies, present ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data, track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
