Job Overview:
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented CNC Punch Operator who will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC punch machines to manufacture precision metal parts and components. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machinery, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use a computer to nest parts onto sheets.
• Set up and calibrate CNC punch machines according to specifications and blueprints.
• Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment for accurate punching.
• Label parts and organized them onto carts.
• Manage inventory of raw materials.
• Communicate status of jobs and machine effectively to coworkers.
• Perform routine checks and maintain machine keeping proper levels of hydraulic fluid and greasing bearing surfaces regularly.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Handle raw materials.
• Document part production.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
