Leasing Consultant - Full Time | Searcy, AR

Are you a people person with a passion for customer service? Do you enjoy helping others find their perfect home? Our busy multi-family community in Searcy, AR is looking for an energetic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team!

As a Leasing Consultant , you'll be the smiling face and welcoming voice that greets residents and prospective tenants. You'll assist the Community Manager in all aspects of managing the property while ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and guests.
• Rent apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy and high renewal rates .
• Conduct apartment showings and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease negotiations, and renewals .
• Accurately complete and maintain all leasing paperwork.
• Assist with property marketing efforts to attract new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents.

• Leasing experience preferred (but not required-we'll train the right person!).
• Must be available to work most weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset -we love people who go the extra mile!
• Ability to handle office tasks (typing, filing, scanning, answering phones, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills -this is a fast-paced role!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment use is a plus.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.

• Must be able to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs , for inspections, showings, and resident communications .
