Job Summary: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the power supply sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review performance, address concerns, and discuss future opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the power supply or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of power supply products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
