As an Account Representative for Megan Green State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

**Must be willing to complete a CTS Sales Assessment prior to interview, which will be emailed to you**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review current customer's policies and give them guidance.
• Pivot to life and health insurance products to help protect our current clients. **Required with monthly goals**
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Position is salary plus commission and bonuses. Must have a strong desire to help protect people.
• Position is in office only. Searching for a reliable, hardworking, career minded individual.
• Commute to office must be reasonable and maintainable.
• Must be able to get Property & Casualty licensed.
