We’re currently hiring a part-time HR Specialist for a remote, work-from-home position—perfect for those seeking flexibility while leveraging their HR expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Specialist, you’ll support our clients with:

• Recruitment and payroll administration
• Policy development and legal compliance
• Benefits and compensation management
• Employee relations and training
• Talent development and more

Position Details:

 

• At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who reside in Illinois, Indiana, Alabama, Mississippi, or Texas due to operational and business requirements.
• Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week
• Pay Range: $32–$36/hour

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous HR experience is a must
