This is a fast-paced role with a company known for delivering high-quality, detailed reports and outstanding customer service. We provide training and will assist with the licensing process for the right candidate. Starting pay will be based on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements:

• Business-minded with strong attention to detail
• Commitment to providing consistent, high-quality customer service
• Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
• Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
• Proficient in using computers and reporting software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and clients
• Positive attitude, professional presence, and strong energy
• Integrity and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and be punctual
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods
• Ability to pass employment screening and technical knowledge exams to obtain a Tennessee home inspector license
• Willingness to authorize background and driving checks
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends
