We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing and Communications to drive our group marketing initiatives across diverse channels, including branding, social media, performance marketing campaigns, public relations and creative projects. Inspire, coach, and develop Marketing team members, fostering a high-performing, integrated team across Performance Management, Digital Marketing, Design, and Content.
Collaborate with the Leadership team, offering your expertise to support Regional Country Managers, Country Managers and all Heads of Departments
Participate in quarterly and annual planning sessions to set company objectives.
Establish, monitor, and report on both short-term and long-term departmental and team goals.
Oversee monthly and quarterly marketing reports, continuously analyzing areas for improvement and growth within the business.
Proven track record in marketing leadership, ideally with experience managing a team of 10 members.
International experience across a range of markets in Asia and Australia a must.
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to teamwork and exceptional organizational abilities. Willing to engage in hands-on tasks while ensuring the marketing function operates seamlessly.
Extensive experience managing substantial marketing budgets, particularly in AdSpend, across multiple regions to drive effective campaigns.
Deep understanding of Google and web analytics, coupled with hands-on experience in executing and reporting on marketing campaigns.
Possess a natural flair for brand positioning including tone, voice and aesthetics.
Be an ambassador for the brand - cultivating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by delivering our brand message through a personable, targeted approach.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills, demonstrating accountability in all actions and decisions.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring excellence in numbers, data, and language throughout all marketing efforts.
High level of self-awareness and empathy, capable of building genuine relationships within the team.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, effectively managing expectations and communications with C-suite executives.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
