The Graphic Designer Sign Maker will be responsible for creating and producing high-quality signs and graphics for our convenience stores and Baxter's donuts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and experience in sign making. Starting Hourly pay $25.00 to $33.00 per hour depending upon experience Earn a performance review in a little as 90 days, with annual reviews thereafter. Health Insurance is available within 90 days of your starting date. Vacation Pay, Over-time pay over 40 hours, Annual Bonus based upon store profits, Over-time pay for those that work the Holidays. Responsibilities: Create and design signs and graphics for clients Produce high-quality signs using various materials and techniques Collaborate with management to ensure their needs are met Manage multiple projects and deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and sign making Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with vinyl cutting and large format printing Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr TempStop
