We're looking for an experienced business/franchise professional in the painting industry to help us strengthen our franchise coaching team within our That 1 Painter brand. The ideal candidate is someone who has strong painting operations experience, preferably in a franchise setting. This person is an excellent communicator and coach, and is driven by supporting entrepreneurs in their journey of business ownership.
What You'll Be Working On: - Provide strategic guidance and coaching to franchisees to enhance their business performance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular evaluations of franchisees' performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive growth.
- Interpret financial statements such as P&L, cash flow statements and recommend areas of opportunity for franchise partners.
- Participate and contribute to our comprehensive training programs to equip franchisees with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of franchise system enhancements, including operational processes, communication channels, and best practices.
- Successfully reinforces brand standards and quality standards.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and provide guidance on improving efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify market trends, analyze competition, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in new franchise training and ongoing training program development.
What You'll Bring With You: - Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university OR•6+ years related experience and/or training
- Experience in the painting industry required
- Strong sales, operations, and administration acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
- Able to travel 25%-30% of the time
Job Type: Full-time
Work setting: In-office
Compensation: Base Salary + Monthly bonus opportunities up to $5,000
Ability to commute/relocate: Austin, TX metro area preferred, but open to remote for the right candidate

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 110,000 USD per year (HQ) ResiBrands
