Requirements:

• Frame floors, walls, truss roofs, and more in residential construction projects with accuracy and efficiency.
• Safely operate a variety of framing tools and equipment, adhering to established safety protocols.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure precise execution of framing tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in framing
• Experience working in residential construction
• Proficiency in framing floors, walls, truss roofs, and other structural elements
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Must have own transportation and tools
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
