Flooring Retail Sales Representative

Capstone Alliances is conducting a candidate search on behalf of a client for a full time Sales Professional in Calgary in the retail flooring sector.

The opportunity is with a  growing flooring company serving clients in commercial and residential projects in a  retail sales environment . You will work in a collaborative setting in an established company that will support your career goals and audacious ambitions. Our selection encompasses a comprehensive range of products from the world's premier flooring manufacturers. This includes both readily available in-stock items for immediate needs and an extensive array of special-order options, ensuring you can swiftly cater to and fully meet your clients' requirements. Though the role focuses on walk-in retail traffic, bringing contractor connections would be an advantage.

A training salary will provide an income guarantee for the first 6 months. On target earnings for first year is $70,000. Established Sales Reps at this company have consistently made more than $100,000.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a sales professional.
  • Experience in construction work or sales.
  • Flooring sales experience, knowledge of industry brands and product is an asset.
  • Some type of Sales Experience is a must.
