What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Operational Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Financial Management team, fostering professional growth and ensuring efficient departmental operations.
  • Audit and Tax Compliance: Manage external audits, prepare necessary financial documents, and ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for cost savings, and enhance financial performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years’ experience in accounting (healthcare preferred), with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.

Skills:

  • Financial Acumen: Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a healthcare setting.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
