Client Service Location Expectations: This position is based on-site at the supportive housing program located at 1723 Gwynns Falls Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21217. All services are to be delivered in person at this location. The staff member is expected to be present on-site during scheduled shifts, provide support within the residence, and ensure documentation and responsibilities are completed in alignment with program protocols. Remote work or off-site service delivery is not applicable for this role. Caseload Makeup: The assigned caseload for this position consists of eighteen (18) Category A clients who reside in the community and may be serviced at 3310 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD, throughout the community, or in the community meeting room of 1723 Gwynns Falls Parkway location. DIVISION: Operations CLASSIFICATION: This is a full-time, W-2 employee position totaling 32 hours per week, with hours allocated across two affiliated organizations as follows:Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CWPRP):Part-time, W-2 employee approximately 8 hours per week (40% of total weekly hours)Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center (LHBHC):Part-time, W-2 employee approximately 24 hours per week (60% of total weekly hours) While each assignment is classified as part-time under its respective entity, the combined total constitutes a full-time, 32-hour per week role across the organization network.
