About the Role Impact you will make As a Data Insights Intern in the Revenue and Insights Optimization business unit, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by working on various data analysis and reporting projects. Your contributions will help support critical business decisions, enhance our understanding of trends and inconsistencies, and drive the success of our marketing efforts at industry conferences. What you will do Develop SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our databases. Utilize Excel to manipulate and refine data sets for deeper analysis. Handle feasibility requests to support strategic decision-making. Create reference tables to streamline data retrieval and interpretation. Conduct research to define and utilize therapeutic datasets that impact our revenue management solutions. Travel required: minimal, limited to a 4-day in-person orientation at FinThrive headquarters in Plano, TX. What you will bring Proficiency in SQL programming, with experience in environments like Databricks or SQL Server. A solid foundation in Python or other relevant query languages. Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to manipulate complex datasets in Excel and present analytical findings effectively in PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What we would like to see Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A keen analytical mind that thrives on turning data into insights and strategies. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies in data analysis.
