You have 2+ years of experience in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
You’re proficient in using Front and Aircall, capable of multitasking while staying organized and efficient.
You have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and resolve issues efficiently.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, seamlessly switching between chat and email interactions while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
You have technical aptitude—you're curious and proficient in using digital communication tools and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
A basic understanding of telecommunication or digital messaging technologies is a plus!

Your Mission Will Be To
Process order modifications , such as adding or removing items, handling payments, and managing refunds.

Reschedule deliveries and services efficiently, accommodating customer requests and scheduling changes.
Communicate accurate arrival times to customers, ensuring they stay well-informed.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and SMS interactions with professionalism and a customer-first mindset .

Tech Checklist – Gotta Have It!
Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, Stripe, and Notion.
Proficiency with Front and Aircall is a major advantage.
A reliable computer and a high-speed internet connection to manage customer inquiries smoothly.
