We are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is based in Appleton, with work in Waukesha, offering flexibility to candidates located in the Green Bay, Appleton/Oshkosh, or Greater Milwaukee areas.

What You'll Do:

  • Read and analyze construction documents, scopes of work, and RFQs.
  • Perform take-offs and prepare labor, material, and subcontract cost estimates using On-Screen Takeoff and other estimating tools.
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to formulate accurate estimates.
  • Manage the ordering of materials, subcontractor bids, and overall project buyout.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with superintendents, warehouse teams, field personnel, architects, designers, sales, and customer service to bring projects to life.

What We Need:

  • Willing to travel to project sites.
  • 2+ years Technical College or University Education in Construction or Architectural.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of blueprint reading, or 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of computer programs used in estimating and scheduling.
  • Experience in conceptual estimating, hard bidding,and budgeting as well as pricing interior finishes is a plus.
