Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, financial operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management, financial management, and supervising a team.

Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and medical records
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal patient care
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure accurate claims processing and reimbursement
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in medical office management

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare administration
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, systems, and procedures
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and revenue cycle management
- Previous experience supervising a team in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of hospital operations is a plus
