We are working with an ambitious fit-out main contractor specializing in office and industrial refurbishment projects. They create and deliver exceptional spaces, for every kind of business, across every sector, priding themselves on meeting clients’ deadlines, budgets, and expectations. Role Purpose This role is responsible for assisting the Project Managers to deliver multiple projects, ensuring that all work carried out meets or exceeds their clients’ expectations. Working closely with Pre-contracts, and the relevant Project Manager and Site Manager for each project, ensuring all project administration is managed efficiently. Key accountabilities Arrange meetings with clients and/ or subcontractors as required by the Project Manager. Capture meeting minutes and proactively follow up on all outstanding actions. Conduct site visits as needed and/ or agreed for project reporting purposes, to take measurements and facilitate commission process. Prepare project programmes using Microsoft Project. Review and create RAMS, preparing other project related documents as needed. Manage the project folder contents held within the company’s document management system SharePoint. Raise purchase orders for project works as needed. Ensure all ISO9001 Quality Management and H&S processes are in place and adhered to. Ensure any issues raised during site safety inspections are resolved and closed out on WISE. Complete snagging process and report back to Project Manager and the client where necessary. Manage post completion and/ or return works as needed. Qualifications Experience of using Project Management skills in the Construction Sector with sound Construction knowledge. Excellent organisational skills combined with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, up to date information. Proven people management skills and ability to interact with people at all levels both on site and client side. Extensive software experience using Microsoft Project and Excel. Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black Card. British UK driver’s license All the top bananas US
